It was just a proper fit for a day tour in London with very good value for money. The staff made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. Consider taking a shorter walk to nearby eateries for more food options.

Consider bringing a travel kettle, as the rooms lack one, but you can request hot water at the reception.

Clean room, convenient private bathroom, modern furnishings
Expecting better noise control, particularly late-night disturbances!!! An elevator might be a necessary improvement as well, especially for those managing luggage!!! It's frustrating to have to trek up narrow stairs with heavy bags!!!

easy access to hyde park and kensington palace
I found it super convenient to stroll to Hyde Park, just less than a 20-minute walk away, and it was wonderful being so close to Kensington Palace, only a short 10-minute walk from the hotel, making my weekend city exploration so enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable for a solo traveler like me.

The bathroom was lovely, but the room was cramped and stuffy during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy atmosphere and the lovely breakfast spread next door. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding, and I loved that there’s a small courtyard for relaxation, too. One minor thing was the bathroom layout—having a bit more space would’ve been nice, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Loved our stay here! The kids really enjoyed the Science Museum, which was a short ride away. The location is fantastic, with beautiful green spaces and lovely parks nearby. The breakfast offered was also quite nice, adding to our family experience.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms had more space for family gear.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay.
There was no elevator, making it hard to access my room on the upper floor.

Our group had such a fun time exploring the area! We visited the Science Museum and Hyde Park, both super close. The hotel is well-located, and the staff even helped with our bags. Just a heads-up, there are no lifts, so be ready to carry your luggage!
One downside was how warm our room got at night. The fans were dusty so we didn't feel comfortable using them. Just something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to heat.

Clean room and great Wi-Fi speed. Narrow stairs made it tough with luggage.

I appreciated the location, close to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the friendly staff at check-in who took care of our bags while we explored. The reading lights by the beds were very helpful during our stay with my daughter. The nearby park offered easy access to some sightseeing spots, which I always look for on my travels. This experience reminded me that it's the little conveniences that enhance a family trip.
The layout of the room was tight. The bathroom was compact, and I noticed a few items were not in perfect condition.

Conveniently situated near both Bayswater and Queensway stations, this spot offers easy access to Kensington Gardens and local eateries. The room felt tidy with decent amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi and a cozy vibe despite the small size.
The absence of a lift posed challenges, especially when lugging medium-sized suitcases up to the top floor—definitely not ideal for heavier baggage. Air-conditioning is nonexistent, with only a fan available during the hot weather, leaving the room a bit uncomfortably warm. noise levels were noticeable due to thin walls, which made for a less restful night at times.

Felt really comfortable, no complaints at all.
